July Music

Greetings one and all!

July... flowers open, and the gardens are lovely with vibrant colors and shapes! I am even enjoying pulling weeds, while talking to emerging buds on the Balloon Plant ")   In terms of music, my calendar, like sun-kissed buds, grew a little and I am so grateful. I have added one Sunday a month concert at the Freeport Historical Society ~ In the Garden/Courtyard, which has been a lovely way to start the morning! Freeport is a location destination and by High Noon it is in full swing; however, I play from 10:30am - Noon, and the sounds of the birds, folks walking their dogs and baby strollers is a welcoming pace for me as the sun makes its way into the gardens... There are many Adirondack chairs nestled within a artfully landscaped canopy of plants and small trees for one to listen and rest, then continue on their Sunday stroll in the cool, fresh air...I love it!
