News and Good: Always practice time… always songwriting time…Always grateful… and, a time to go support other musicians…
Jan: My birth month another journey of beginnings and hopeful adventure.. what will the music calendar look like? Geared up for FAI in Montreal… showcases to enter, promos to create… grateful for Jake Viache - tech/ manager extraodinaire, good friend, and knowledgeable and super talented!
Feb: Arrived in Montreal- I volunteered this year - a perspective change helps grow my path. Grateful for the Events I played, connecting with new and existing friendships, and chance to share my music.
Mar: Three music events; good start when one is re-starting out (after long hiatus)!
Apr: No gigs… so, practice, practice, practice AND…plan a Bike Trip for wellness!
May: Three gigs… a trip to Colorado to see sibs, nephew and remain positive… sun helps!
June: I get a call to play a Wedding! Fantastic event and beautiful setting - Mid-coast Maine! More practice, more writing!
July: Union Coffee House in Belgrade, Maine, is such a sweet venue to play! Thank you so much! Always a great time sharing time and space together… and the harmony from the crowd is amazing!
Aug: a little studio time… lots of new songs written and now in need of play time… I use the studio to listen and allow the song to find voice and tempo and breathe new life into my heart and soul! The tune will let me know when to record, who to ask to join me, and to have the courage to stay on the path…
September: so here we are! I have been packing and moving since October of 2024; hence, I am journeying through another hiatus… away from booking and playing, away from connectiong at festivals, etc… so many months away, yet never not practicing, writing, and sending love and light daily into the Universe for all sentient beings…
This month- check my calendar, please! I have been invited to join amazing musicians from in and around New England to Celebrate the Spirit of Guy Clark - and the 50th Anniversary of his debut LP -Old No. !
Sept 12 - Candenza, Freeport, Maine-live and live-streamed;
Sept 17- Small Batch Cellars, North Haven, CT;
Sept 18- Club Passim, Cambridge, MA

This year, due to moving, I knew I might take a hit, a tumble, a nose-dive in terms of less gigs… the house project has had multiple setbacks for a variety of reasons in these difficult times as they are… yet, in all of this time, I am grateful for all of whom I am connected, in that it reminds me of all that is good and decent in the world.
KEEP a Lookout: I am going to be having a major merch (CDs) sale to both help me recover from less shows, and mostly to acknowledge my appreciation for all who have seen me through in spirit and in contributions to the music! Share the love of music - always!
